PulseCore may use artificial intelligence to analyze patterns and provide insights. Your data may be processed by AI systems to improve the service, but personal information will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use PulseCore:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to unlawful acts

8. Limitations

In no event shall PulseCore or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use PulseCore.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
