Cosmic Phase Reference
Definition
The Cosmic Phase Reference is the angular rate set by the age of the universe, ω① = 2π/T① ≈ 1.44 × 10⁻¹⁷ rad·s⁻¹ (a cyclic frequency of 2.30 × 10⁻¹⁸ Hz), the reference that phase coherence is measured against. It was called the Prime Pulse Frequency; it is neither the Prime Pulse, the event ∅ → (0 ↔ 1), nor the Zinf frequency.
It matches cosmic evolutionary timescales and is the frequency every aligned system is compared with. It also leaves an observable imprint: geometric pulsation at this reference frequency generates Floquet Sidebands, peaks at ω ± p × ω⥂ for integer p, which the book offers as a spectral fingerprint separating boundary-localized architectures from continuous models, alongside Binary Frame Quantization as the temporal fingerprint.
ω① = 2π / T①, where 2π is the angular conversion factor and T① is the cosmic period [𝕋]. The book's Where-list gives the frequency ω⥂ as [𝕋⁻¹], written in the equation tag as [rad·s⁻¹].
It connects to the Prime Pulse, Prime Pulse Cycle, Phase Coherence, Quantum Alignment Condition, Floquet Sidebands and Binary Frame Quantization.
Mathematical Expression
ω① = 2*π/T① [rad·s⁻¹]
