Event Horizon Area

Definition

The Event Horizon Area is the surface area of a black hole's event horizon, which in Binary Pulse Theory is the horizon of a Null Well: the surface on which its information is encoded and through which data returns to the substrate. It enters the theory in two places. In the entropy bounds it is the area A that caps a black hole's entropy: the Standard Bekenstein Bound relates entropy to horizon area, S ≤ A/(4l_P²), and the BPT Modified Bekenstein Bound replaces A with the effective area of recursive encoding and adds a binary factor ln(2) for the discrete computational substrate. In the Data Funnel Return Law it is Aā—Ž, the surface over which infalling Data Density is integrated to give the flux of data returned through Null Wells to the substrate. In both, the book writes its dimensions as [š•ƒĀ²]. It connects to Standard Bekenstein Bound, BPT Modified Bekenstein Bound, Bekenstein-Hawking Entropy Bounds, Data Funnel Return Law, Null Well Boundary, Null Well and Planck Length.
