Inflationary Epoch

Definition

The Inflationary Epoch is the period of rapid exponential expansion of space, driven in standard cosmology by a scalar field, which Binary Pulse Theory reads as a stage of recursive field dynamics. The book cites Linde's inflationary cosmology as the analogue of what follows the Vacuum Instability Condition: once the recursive substrate becomes unstable to small perturbations, ignition is triggered and recursive operators magnify perturbations into exponential growth. Expansion is thus grounded in information-driven recursion — instability, amplification and inflation become stages of one process — rather than being solely a scalar field phenomenon. The cosmological parameters that follow, the Hubble Constant Connection and the Critical Density Relation, are presented as markers of that recursion. It connects to the Vacuum Instability Condition, Effective Field Equations, Hubble Constant Connection, Critical Density Relation and the Horizon and Flatness Problems.
