Language of a Universe
Definition
The Language of a Universe is what its pulse writes, read as a text. As the Pulsecore fills, the Cell Rule writes the data layer once, and that writing has an alphabet, words, and a frequency of words that can be measured the way any text is measured.
Its letters are a pulser's phase read against the clock, 0 or 1; its silence is the null, the Pre-Pulse Field; its words are the runs of pulsers between silences; its first word is the Prime Pulse, 0 → 1 → 0. It is tested by the Rank–Frequency Law against Miller's monkey, by its Structure Over Chance, and by the Speaking Condition, which asks whether a universe's own arrangement says more than the same data scrambled. Each universe's is printed as its Language Block.
It connects to Universe Word, Core Vocabulary, Speaking Condition, Language Block and Note of a Universe.
