Level and Generation
Definition
Level and Generation are the two numbers that place a universe in the UniSphere, and they are independent.
A universe's generation counts its bifurcations, how many stand between it and the Zinf. Its level is its physics: read from the information its data holds, it sets its places, its life of 2^L Tempos, its Level Λ Law, its matter, its stars and its wells. Every child is one generation on (Generation Step), but its level is set by the well that seeds it (Level from Mass), so a universe of the eightieth generation can stand at level 25, and ours, at level 202, may be of the four-thousandth. The level is read from a universe's physics; nothing inside it measures its generation, though the laws bound it from below (Minimum Generation).
It connects to Generation Step, Level from Mass, Level from Share, Minimum Generation, Level Walk and Level and Lineage Clock.
