Local Rhythm Quantum

Definition

The Local Rhythm Quantum is the Pulse Rhythm of the Zinf-Limit Universe, read as the smallest time step any causal process can take: half of the local Planck-time analogue, the time to cross the pulse one way. It is the temporal half of the grid on which the Zinf-Limit Universe runs. Every causal process advances in steps of this size, which enforces strict binary alternation between active and null states: a boundary cell is either on or off in each step. Its spatial partner is the Zinf-Limit Spatial Quantum โ„“_z = ฮบ_z ร— ๐’žโ†’ ร— โ‘ โฅ‚โง– = ฮบ_z ร— โ‘ โŠ•, the farthest a signal can go in one Rhythm, which is the Pulse Diameter scaled by the safety factor. The Pixel Quantization Principle then makes one pixel one Zinf, a cell of extent โ„“_z that recollapses 1 โ†’ 0 every frame unless re-excited, and events fall on integer multiples of โ‘ โฅ‚โง– by Binary Frame Quantization. The formal statement is โ‘ โฅ‚โง– = โ‘ โฅ‚โง—โŒ‚/2, where โ‘ โฅ‚โง– is the half-cycle time quantum, the Pulse Rhythm [๐•‹], โ‘ โฅ‚โง—โŒ‚ the Local Pulse Tempo, one full cycle 0 โ†’ 1 โ†’ 0 (the Planck time at our level) [๐•‹] and 2 the half-cycle division factor [โˆ…]. The book's check reads [๐•‹] รท [โˆ…] = [๐•‹]. It connects to Pulse Rhythm Definition, Pulse Diameter, Zinf-Limit Spatial Quantum, Pixel Quantization Principle, Binary Frame Quantization and Local Planck Time.

From the book · Chapter 8 · The Zinf-Limit Toroidal Universe

โ‘ โฅ‚โง– = โ‘ โฅ‚โง—โŒ‚/2 [๐•‹]

Where:

  • โ‘ โฅ‚โง– [๐•‹] - half-cycle time quantum (Pulse Rhythm)
  • โ‘ โฅ‚โง—โŒ‚ [๐•‹] - Local Pulse Tempo, one full cycle 0 โ†’ 1 โ†’ 0 (the Planck time at our level)
  • 2 [โˆ…] - half-cycle division factor
