Material Nova
Definition
A Material Nova is the class of Nova event whose output lands in conventional spacetime, producing mass-energy structures and stable fields while raising the dimensional count by exactly one.
The book sets it against the Informational Nova. Both are pathways of dimensional enhancement through fold formation, but they differ in where the product lives and how far the dimension count jumps. A Material Nova keeps the physical substrate architecture and its geometric relationships and adds a single dimension; an Informational Nova carries its product into information space, a non-spatial domain of symbolic systems and non-local logic networks, where the dimension count jumps far beyond the parent's.
The book's table states the Material Nova's dimensional property as ◉(Ω₁) = ◉(Ω₀) + 1, where Ω₀ is the parent domain, Ω₁ the domain produced by the event, and ◉(·) the number of dimensions of a domain. The Informational Nova's counterpart is ◉(Ω₁) >> ◉(Ω₀).
Material Nova connects to Informational Nova, Data Nova, Dimensional Fold, Nova Without and Child Universe Dimensional Enhancement.
Mathematical Expression
◉(Ω₁) = ◉(Ω₀) + 1
