Nothing
Definition
Nothing is the immutable baseline of the theory, pure nullity without motion or potential: absolute absence, which on its own remains static and inexpressive and maps only to itself.
It is not a field, a vacuum or latent energy; it is the boundary condition of reality and the counter-definition of existence, and without ∅ there could be no ¬∅ and so no oscillation. Nothing can only return Nothing, which The Nothing Ness Operator ∅ⁿ : ∅ → ∅ states; the Logical Bomb is that operator destabilized by self-reference, collapsing into the Prime Pulse. In juxtaposition with its negation, ¬∅, Nothing generates the first structure of possibility, the Pre-Pulse Field, where null and non-null coexist in unstable tension, setting the stage for the ignition of the Prime Pulse (Principle of Existential Necessity, ∅ ⟷ ¬∅). Nothing stays absolute absence throughout: the null a dissipated universe leaves is the Pre-Pulse Field of its children, a vacuum, not ∅ (Return to Bifurcation, Part 3.13), and the Pre-Pulse Field is potential, not Nothing. The Original Zero ∅₀ is its purest form, preceding even the Pre-Pulse Field's potential.
It connects to The Nothing Ness Operator, Absolute Nullity, Original Zero, Pre-Pulse Field, Principle of Existential Necessity, Prime Pulse Bifurcation and Return to Bifurcation.
