Pre-Causal State
Definition
The Pre-Causal State is the undefined null condition that comes before the first pulse, a state with no physical coordinates or quantities that cannot be measured or characterized by any physical quantity.
It is the ∅ in the Prime Pulse Bifurcation ∅ → (0 ↔ 1): a mathematical placeholder only, which the Genesis Transition at t = 0⁺ turns into the first definable state. The book also describes it as perfectly symmetric, and asks what transforms this symmetric state into the structured, asymmetric universe of particles, forces and spacetime geometry. Its answer is the Recursive Overflow Event: even within perfect symmetry, recursive density accumulates through Pulse interactions until the substrate exceeds the Containment Threshold, triggering spontaneous symmetry breaking, so the loss of symmetry follows from computational necessity rather than arbitrary initial conditions.
|Ψ₀⟩ = |∅⟩, where |Ψ₀⟩ is the pre-causal state vector and |∅⟩ is the mathematical representation of the undefined state. The book assigns no dimensions, since the state has no physical meaning.
It precedes the Genesis Transition and Prime Pulse Bifurcation, and leads through the Recursive Overflow Event, Containment Threshold and Symmetric Hamiltonian Pre-Overflow State to symmetry breaking.
