Recursive Overflow Event
Definition
A Recursive Overflow Event is the critical phase transition in which the Prime Pulse substrate exceeds its Containment Threshold, triggering spontaneous symmetry breaking and the emergence of differentiated physical forms.
It is the book's answer to how the perfectly symmetric Pre-Causal State |∅⟩ becomes a structured, asymmetric universe of particles, forces and spacetime geometry. Before emergence the substrate sits in perfect recursive invariance under the Harmonic Fold Framework, with translational, rotational and temporal symmetries unbroken and uniform coupling across it. Recursive density nevertheless accumulates through Pulse interactions until Information Conservation, I⊚ = I▱ + Iℜ, meets the Critical Overflow Conditions and the uniform configuration can no longer hold. Symmetry breaking then follows from recursive computation overflowing system capacity, by computational necessity rather than arbitrary initial conditions, and is the same process that governs Null Well collapse and dimensional emergence, scaled to cosmic proportions.
It connects to Containment Threshold, Pre-Causal State, Harmonic Fold Framework, Symmetric Hamiltonian Pre-Overflow State, Critical Overflow Conditions, Recursive Density Accumulation and Null Well Collapse.
