Scale Emergence
Definition
Scale Emergence is the process by which the collective behavior of discrete binary units produces continuous physical phenomena, through statistical averaging, coherent organization and the formation of hierarchical structure.
The book uses it to bridge the discrete substrate and the smooth world of physics. In chapter 9's π-based geometry, scale is generated recursively: the Wavelength Scaling Law λ_n = λ_0/n [𝕃] contracts wavelengths generation by generation, BPT Recursive Scaling EA_n = EA_0 × π^(n/2) × Φ(n) [𝕃] extends emergence arcs fractally across generations, and the resulting self-similar structure has a fractal dimension D_f = log(π)/log(2) ≈ 1.65 [∅]. The same section presents the Planck length itself as the Local Pulse Length, ①⥂⦜⌂ = (ℏG/𝒞→³)^(1/2) = 2 · ①⊕⌂, twice the Pulse Diameter inherited from the singularity of the parent well.
Scale Emergence connects to Planck Scale Emergence, BPT Recursive Scaling, Fractal Dimension, Wavelength Scaling Law, Self-Similar Structure and Phase Synchronization.
