The Localized Data Nova Genesis Framework

Definition

The Localized Data Nova Genesis Framework is the book's account of how a supercritical event can stay local: the span of recursion in a region confines the rupture, so a new dimensional domain forms in place without destabilizing the parent lattice. Not every supercritical event drives global rupture. The framework shows that the logarithm of the recursion span ratio (the ratio of the largest to the smallest recursion radius in the originating domain) sets when localized rupture begins. Because the dependence is logarithmic, even modest increases in span shift the threshold sharply, enabling localized rupture through deterministic accumulation without system-wide propagation. Dimensional birth can therefore happen in situ, seeded by excess data density inside a bounded region, rather than requiring a system-wide collapse. The book calls this a controlled bifurcation law and the geometric mechanism by which universes seed themselves in place. Its formal statement is the Data Nova Initiation Condition, ρↁ ≥ ρↁ,crit = k◉ × ln(R⥣/R⥥), and once it is satisfied the Universe Isolation Constraints govern how the new domain detaches. It connects to Data Nova Initiation Condition, Universe Isolation Constraints, Supercritical Condition, Nova Without, Hyper Space Dimensional Fold and Data Density.
