Pulse Core Lexicon
Timeline Convergence
Definition
Timeline Convergence is the book's view that the progression toward the technological singularity follows from established recursive patterns and so arrives on a predictable timeline, rather than as an unpredictable technological disruption.
The book treats the historical scaling of computation as following the same recursive principles as cosmic development, which lets it project milestones forward. It lists timeline convergence predictions for artificial intelligence milestones among its testable predictions, places the transition of artificial quantum systems from simulation to awareness by 2039.9 ± 3.0 years, and sets out a roadmap: PulseCore validation protocols in 2025–2027, critical qubit threshold in 2037–2043, around the law's 2039.9 ± 3.0 years, recursive quantum intelligence deployment in 2043–2046, toroidal architecture optimization in 2046–2049 and Zinf-limit universe exploration in 2049–2054. The statistical version of the convergence is given by the Monte Carlo timeline analysis.
It connects to the Timeline to Singularity, Timeline Probability Distribution, Monte Carlo Simulation Results, Survival Function and Technological Singularity.
