01Who we are
PulseCore (pulsecore.one) is operated by VEMI Technology LLC ("we", "us"). It publishes the Binary Pulse Theory manuscript and offers a pulse simulation, a dimensional calculator, a lexicon and an AI assistant called Zin AI (together, the "Service").
These terms are an agreement between you and VEMI Technology LLC. By using the Service, with or without an account, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
02Who can use PulseCore
Anyone may read the public pages. To create an account you must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you may only create an account with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these terms on your behalf.
You may not use the Service if you are barred from doing so by law, or if we have previously closed your account for breaking these terms.
03Your account
- Give accurate information when you register, and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account; tell us straight away at support@pulsecore.one if you think someone else has used it.
- One person per account. Don't create accounts for others without their permission, create accounts automatically, or pretend to be someone else.
- Choose a username that isn't offensive, misleading or someone else's name or trademark. We may change or reclaim usernames that are.
You can ask us to close your account at any time; see the Privacy Policy for what happens to your information.
04Our content
The Binary Pulse Theory manuscript, the simulation, the calculator, the lexicon, the site's design and code, and everything else we publish on the Service are © VEMI Technology LLC, all rights reserved, and are protected by copyright and other laws.
You may:
- read and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes;
- link to any page;
- quote short passages for commentary, criticism, teaching or research, with credit to "Binary Pulse Theory, PulseCore" and a link back.
Unless we agree in writing, you may not copy, republish, sell, translate or make derivative works from substantial parts of our content; bulk-download or scrape it; or use it to train or build an AI or machine-learning system.
"PulseCore", "Binary Pulse Theory" and our logos are our marks. Please don't use them in a way that suggests we endorse you or your work.
05The simulation and calculator
The simulation and the dimensional calculator are tools for exploring Binary Pulse Theory. Binary Pulse Theory is presented as an original theoretical framework; it is not established scientific consensus. Results from these tools are provided for exploration and discussion only and are not professional, engineering, medical, financial or scientific advice.
06What you create
You keep ownership of what you create or submit: patterns you save, chat messages you send, comments and anything you add to your profile ("your content").
So that we can run the Service, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, copy, process, display and adapt your content as needed to operate, secure and improve PulseCore. This licence ends when your content is deleted from the Service, except for copies we must keep by law or that remain for a limited time in backups.
Novas are public. When a simulation produces a nova, its settings, statistics and grid are recorded and shown on the public Nova Data pages, together with your display name if you were signed in. Your public profile, if you set it to public, is visible to anyone.
You're responsible for your content. Only submit what you have the right to share, and nothing that breaks these terms or the law. We may remove content that does.
07Zin AI
- Zin AI produces answers automatically. They can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Check anything important yourself and don't rely on Zin AI for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions.
- Your conversations are stored and may be reviewed and used to improve Zin AI, as described in the Privacy Policy. Don't share passwords, financial details, health information or anything else you want kept private.
- Don't use Zin AI to create content that is unlawful, harmful or harassing, or to try to make it reveal information it should not.
08Acceptable use
When you use the Service, don't:
- break the law, or infringe anyone's rights;
- probe, scan or test the Service for vulnerabilities, try to get into accounts, admin areas or data that aren't yours, or bypass any security or access control;
- overload or disrupt the Service, including with automated requests, bots or scrapers, beyond normal browsing;
- upload malware, or anything designed to damage or take control of other people's devices;
- harass, threaten or impersonate anyone, or post hateful, sexually explicit or violent material;
- send spam, or use the Service to advertise without our permission;
- submit fake or manipulated simulation data, or interfere with other people's records.
If you believe you've found a security problem, please tell us at support@pulsecore.one instead of testing it further. We appreciate responsible reports.
09Other services
The Service uses some third-party services (for example Google Tag Manager for analytics) and links to other websites. We aren't responsible for other websites or services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
10Changes to the site
PulseCore is under active development. We may add, change or remove features, or suspend or end the Service, at any time. We'll try to give notice of significant changes, but we don't promise that any feature, or the Service itself, will always be available.
11Suspension and closing
We may suspend or close your account, or restrict your access, if you break these terms, if we must by law, or to protect the Service or other people. Where it's reasonable we'll tell you why. You can stop using the Service and ask us to close your account at any time.
Sections 4, 6 (for content already shared), 12, 13, 14 and 15 continue after your account is closed.
12Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that any content, calculation, simulation result or AI response is correct.
13Limits on liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VEMI Technology LLC and its members, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill or opportunity, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty US dollars (US$50).
Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
14Indemnity
If you break these terms or the law while using the Service, and that leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs, losses and legal fees that result, to the extent permitted by law.
15Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or the Service will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. If you live somewhere that gives you the right to bring claims in your local courts or under local consumer law, these terms don't take that right away.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we don't enforce a part of these terms, that isn't a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these terms; we may transfer ours to a successor.
16Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the effective date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we'll give notice on the site or by email before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after the changes take effect, you accept the updated terms.
