Quantum Pulse Theory

Coming soon. Where the binary pulse meets the quantum — the second book, written on the foundation the first one laid.

Coming soon. The second book of the Pulse programme.

What this book is

Binary Pulse Theory asked what reality is made of and answered with a single recursive transition, 0 → 1 → 0. It built the substrate (the Zinf level, ℨ), the data dimension (ↁ), action (𝔸), and the rule that two bits are a pulse and a pulse is the first material thing. It described wells, the harmonic fold, density, emergence, and it stopped at the door of the quantum: Chapter 8 reached the threshold and named it, but did not walk through.

Quantum Pulse Theory walks through. Its question is narrower and harder: if the pulse is fundamental, what is quantum mechanics? Not "is QM compatible with BPT" — QM is the most precisely confirmed theory there is, so the burden is entirely on the pulse. Every quantum fact must fall out of pulse arithmetic, or the pulse is wrong. This book is the attempt, chapter by chapter, and it is honest about the places where the attempt might fail.

How it relates to the first book

The two books share one vocabulary and one calculator. Every dimensional claim here is checked in the same dimensional framework the first book uses, on the same basis (ℨ, ↁ, 𝔸, 𝕄, 𝕃, 𝕋, bits as kinds). Where this book uses a term the first book defined, it links to the section that defined it rather than defining it again. Where this book needs to change something the first book said, it says so in Chapter 9, in one list, so the two books never silently disagree.

Read the first book first. This one assumes it.

The state of the manuscript

What is here now is the skeleton: the chapters, the sections, and under each section the questions it has to answer and the ideas on the table for answering them. It was drafted on 25 September 2026, the day the dimensional calculator first passed every test the framework sets it, and several of its topics come straight out of what that work uncovered — that a cancelled dimension leaves a pure number and a pure number is data; that the Zinf level is a floor and a ceiling that touches everything without making everything equal; that mass, length and time carry bit counts of 3, 1 and 2 and that 3 = 1 + 2 is either a coincidence or the most important line in the theory.

The text will be written in the open, the way the first book was.
